🧩 Role Overview

As a Compliance Program Manager, you will lead compliance programs end-to-end, support evolving regulatory requirements, and guide business and process owners in closing control gaps. You will play a key role in risk identification, program execution, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement of compliance processes.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Drive compliance projects and initiatives through the full project lifecycle

• Develop, implement, and manage compliance processes, policies, controls, and metrics

• Coordinate and lead risk assessments to identify and prioritize key compliance risks

• Analyze compliance metrics and recurring reports to identify trends and effectiveness

• Deliver actionable insights, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders

• Support program management activities related to compliance issues

• Develop and execute compliance training and communication strategies

• Translate regulatory, legal, and internal policy obligations into operational controls

• Collaborate cross-functionally with business, legal, risk, and operational teams

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop remediation plans
