Securities Lending Java Developer

Role: Securities Lending Front Office Developer
Location: New York City (Hybrid – 2-3 Days Onsite)
Visa: USC / GC highly preferred (GC EAD & H4 EAD considered)
Interview: 2-3 video rounds + final onsite round (coding test expected)

Key Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Java development experience in Capital Markets
  • Securities Lending experience with platforms like FIS Loanet/Loanex or Global One
  • Hands-on experience supporting Front Office / Trading desks
  • Experience with BTCC, trading, market data, and mission-critical systems
  • Strong understanding of Spring, Hibernate, and messaging tools (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
  • Experience with DevSecOps tools (Jenkins, SonarQube, Git, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills for interaction with traders, quants, and risk teams

Nice to Have:
  • Murex, AI/ML exposure
  • Elastic/Kibana/Splunk
  • Cloud (AWS/Azure/K8s) and pricing/risk model familiarity
